My Approach

Healing happens in spaces that are safe, honest, and compassionate.
My approach is warm, relational, and trauma-informed. I work collaboratively with clients to explore experiences that may be shaping their current struggles while also helping them build practical tools for emotional regulation, clarity, and growth.
As an AEDP-informed therapist, I believe that people are not broken. Often, what we experience as anxiety, emotional overwhelm, or disconnection are protective responses to past wounds or prolonged stress.
Therapy focuses on helping the nervous system feel safe again, allowing individuals to reconnect with their strengths, their emotions, and their sense of purpose.
For clients who desire it, counseling can also include faith-integrated support, helping individuals explore spiritual questions and reconnect with their identity and purpose through their relationship with Yahweh.
